Mr Grainger is a full-time spinal surgeon at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, his practice encompasses a wide range of spinal conditions covering all levels of the spine. He carried out his basic spinal training in the West Midlands which was consolidated by a combined Orthopaedic/Neurosurgical Fellowship in Liverpool. Mr Grainger performs fusion and motion preserving procedures for lumbar and cervical problems, as well as managing as many conditions conservatively as possible.
Mr Grainger is a “black country” lad by birth. He has lived around the West Midlands and especially North Worcestershire for the majority of his life. Any spare time left by his wife and 3 children is spent coaching a youth football team, Tae Kwan Do and working with the local scout group.
